Questions about my status
As a My Club member, you must make purchases totaling at least €500 in the euro zone or CHF 700 in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, £450 in the UK, $600 in the USA, $1,200 in Canada, $750 in Australia, 2,300 zlotys in Poland, SEK 5,000 in Sweden, or NOK 5,000 in Norway at the Villeroy & Boch online store or at participating Villeroy & Boch stores within 365 consecutive days. As soon as the cancelation period of 30 days has expired after the purchase with which you reached the status limit of €500 or CHF 700 in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, £450 in the UK, $600 in the USA, $1,200 in Canada, $750 in Australia, 2,300 zloty in Poland, SEK 5,000 in Sweden, or NOK 5,000 in Norway, you will receive My Club Gold Member status.

Gold status is initially valid for 2 years. If you make another purchase totaling more than $600 in the USA during these 2 years, your Gold status is automatically extended for another 2 years. If this purchase value is not reached, the Gold status will not be renewed. At the same time, you will of course remain a My Club member with the regular My Club benefits.
You can view your status at any time on your customer account on our website. In addition, our employees at participating Villeroy & Boch stores, or our Customer Happiness Team can also provide you with information about your status.
Questions about points
You start collecting My Club points as soon as you register: earn up to 900 My Club points when you register for the first time, 400 My Club points for registering and confirming your email address, 300 My Club points for entering your mailing address, and another 200 My Club points if you enter your date of birth.
You will receive My Club points for every purchase at our online store, at participating Houses of Villeroy & Boch and at the Villeroy & Boch outlets. When ordering on the online store, make sure you log in to your My Club account before placing your order.
The following applies to European countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, as well as the USA, Canada and Australia: You receive 1 point for each EUR/CHF/GBP/USD/CAD/AUD spent. One point is worth 1 cent/1 rappen/1 pence respectively. For example, for a purchase of EUR 100, you will receive 100 My Club points, which together are worth EUR 1. In Norway and Sweden, you receive 1 point per 10 kroner spent. One point is worth 1 öre each. In Poland, you receive 1 point per five zloty spent. One point is worth 5 grosz each.
It’s not possible to add My Club points later. Therefore, please make sure to log in to your My Club account in advance when ordering at the online store and to refer to your My Club membership in the Houses of Villeroy & Boch and Villeroy & Boch outlets before the checkout process.
You can redeem My Club points at any time within the relevant currency area at the Villeroy & Boch online store, in the participating Houses of Villeroy & Boch, and in the Villeroy & Boch outlets.
Redeeming at the Online Shop
- Log into your My Club customer account
- Place your desired items in the shopping cart
- Select the option “Show my My Club points” in the shopping cart
- Confirm the redemption of the points
Redeeming in store
- You can easily redeem points directly at checkout at participating stores.
The value of the points depends on the respective currency area and corresponds to 1 cent in the euro currency area, or 1 centime in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, 1 pence in Great Britain, 1 cent in the USA, Canada, and Australia, 5 groszy in Poland, and 10 öre in Sweden and Norway.
The points will be displayed as quickly as possible. When shopping at our online store and in our Villeroy & Boch stores, the points will be credited to your points account within 24 hours of invoicing.
My Club points are valid for 3 years. You will be informed by newsletter 3 months before your points expire.
The points from your purchases are blocked for the first 30 days after purchase and are automatically activated after the end of the cancelation period. The points for your registration, entering your date of birth, and providing your mailing address will be automatically activated 48 hours after your first My Club purchase and can be redeemed at any time. The prerequisite is that you have registered for our Villeroy & Boch newsletter and have given us your consent to receive our newsletter. The entitlement to these points expires if no purchase is made within 6 months of entering your details.
You can view your points balance on your account at any time.
To unsubscribe, please contact our Customer Happiness Team directly. The unsubscribe request must be made in writing. When you unsubscribe, please indicate whether you would like to redeem your My Club points in advance.
