Terms and Conditions of Participation
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Participation set out the terms of membership in the My Club customer club between Villeroy & Boch AG Saaruferstraße 1-3, D-66693 Mettlach, Germany, the subsidiaries of the Villeroy & Boch group (hereinafter collectively referred to as Villeroy & Boch) and the consumer (hereinafter referred to as My Club member). Anyone aged 18 or over can become a My Club member . Membership is free of charge. Resellers are excluded from membership of the customer club. My Club members agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Participation by confirming their application.
Every My Club member has access to a password-protected personal My Club account. My Club members must inform us of any changes to their registration details immediately1,2,3,4

2. Awarding of My Club Points and Benefits
My Club members receive My Club points on eligible purchases after identifying themselves as members at the till or in the online shop. In store, members need to give an identification number in the online customer account or their email address. In e-shops, members need to enter their personal email address and chosen password.
After successful identification, your purchases will be recorded in your individual My Club account. You must identify yourself as a member of the programme before each purchase by, for example, presenting your customer number at the till in store or identifying yourself as a My Club member when ordering in the online shop. Your membership number is not transferrable and must not be given to other people. Retrospective recording of purchases for which you have not identified yourself as a My Club member is not possible. Eligible purchases are purchases made in one of the participating Villeroy & Boch shops – The House of Villeroy & Boch, Villeroy & Boch outlets, Villeroy & Boch pop-up stores and the e-shops in the participating countries (Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, the Principality of Liechtenstein, France, the Principality of Monaco, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, USA, Canada, Australia) on our website villeroyboch.com/shop.
When an eligible purchase is cancelled (e.g. by withdrawing, returning the product(s), terminating the agreement, appealing, etc.), Villeroy & Boch reserves the right to cancel the My Club points credited for this purchase.
Bonus points are rewarded in line with the purchase price on the receipt incl. VAT. My Club points are credited to the participant on the receipt including VAT. Each of these My Club points corresponds to a value of 1 cent in the euro currency area or 1 centime in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, 1 pence in the United Kingdom, 1 cent in the USA, Canada, Australia, 5 groszy in Poland, 10 öre in Sweden, Norway, 8 öre in Denmark.
Earning and redeeming My Club points is linked to a currency and can only take place in one currency zone. My Club points can only be credited for non-commercial purchases. In some cases, no My Club points are awarded when using other discount programmes (e.g. family & friends or stock sales).
At different times, Villeroy & Boch will organise special promotions for members of the My Club customer club. In some cases, these will be open to all members; in other cases, just to certain sub-groups. The spectrum ranges from “multi-point promotions” with higher points awarded for purchases of special ranges with earlier access to new products (“pre-sale”) to special discounts for My Club members (“member deals”). Villeroy & Boch reserves the right to launch more promotions and end existing promotions. In each case, the specific framework conditions for each promotion will be published separately with the promotion.
3. Account Balance and Redemption
Every My Club member can check the balance of their My Club points at any time online in their account.
Time of redemption:
You can redeem your My Club points at any time in participating Villeroy & Boch shops and Villeroy & Boch e-shops by identifying yourself as a My Club member during the payment process. At the time of redemption, for each My Club point redeemed, you will receive a discount on the receipt amount of 1 cent in the euro currency area or 1 centime in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, 1 pence in the United Kingdom, 1 cent in the USA, Canada, Australia, 5 groszy in Poland, 10 öre in Sweden, Norway, 8 öre in Denmark. Points can be redeemed from a balance of 100 My Club points or more. When My Club points are redeemed, a corresponding deduction will be made from your points account, with the earliest My Club points collected always redeemed first. My Club points are valid for 36 months from the date of their award. Only My Club points credited provisionally (within the 30-day returns period) cannot be redeemed.
Cash payment of the points value is excluded. Redemption is no longer possible after the expiry of the validity period of the My Club points or the bonus voucher.
My Club points can be redeemed on all purchases with the exception of purchases of gift cards.
4. Improper Use
Villeroy & Boch reserves the right to claim damages due to improper use of the My Club customer club.
5. Data Protection
Villeroy & Boch will collect, store and use the data entered in the My Club member’s customer account for the purpose of operating the My Club customer club, and for calculating and allocating the bonus credit for the duration of the membership. This also applies to transaction data relating to eligible purchases. You will find more information on Villeroy & Boch’s data protection policy here.
6. Cancellation and Amendments to these Terms and Conditions
- My Club members may cancel their participation in the My Club customer club at any time in writing without having to observe a notice period.1,2,3,4 Villeroy & Boch may terminate participation in writing and by observing a reasonable notice period. The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected. In the case of termination, Villeroy & Boch will contact the My Club member in writing to arrange the individual cancellation of their bonus points account. Should the My Club member not respond within 6 weeks, V&B reserves the right to deactivate the My Club account and delete this after the statutory periods and in accordance with data protection provisions. After deactivation, the My Club member will no longer be able to redeem their collected My Club points.
- Villeroy & Boch reserves the right to discontinue or change the My Club customer club and amend the Terms and Conditions of Participation, particularly if required to do so due to legal provisions or in the interests of improving processing or preventing improper use. In the event of discontinuation of the customer club, the My Club points previously awarded will remain valid within the specified periods. My Club members shall be notified of any changes by email and these changes shall be deemed accepted if the participant does not contest them within one month of receipt of the notification from Villeroy & Boch AG.

7. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions of Participation and all legal relations between Villeroy & Boch and My Club members with regard to the My Club customer club shall be subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation is held to be invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected. Villeroy & Boch reserves the right to replace the invalid provision with a legally effective one that comes closest, in economic terms, to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision.
